87 - Halloween
After playing 9 games with this card i'm very impressed. He can score and always seems to make the passes I want. His 4 star skill moves makes him a solid cam. In my opinion the only downside was his agility and balance
Very good shooting and passing
Extremely good from corners with his 94 heading accuracy
Agility and balance makes it hard to do sharp turns
Needs a chem style to improve his pace or you cant really run through on goal with him.
I played Dele Alli in a 4231 alongside Sissoko, and what more can i say? He is the best CDM that ive used this year. I used him in weekend league and he was one of the main reasons why i got Elite 3. He can do everything. In attack he is very good with the ball, and can dribble and shoot, and in defense he is fast, strong and very often intercepts the ball. This guy can also run from box to box the whole match. For 250k this card is a steal, and can easily replace high tier icons. He is also one you can trust when 1v1 with the keeper, but his left foot can be a little problem.
- Good shooting with right food
- Fast, strong and good stamina
- Wins most duels, on the ground and in the air
- Good tackling and interceptions
- Easy to link
- Shooting with his weak foot, is very inconsistent. Avoid shooting with left foot espacially 1v1 with the keeper.
Overall
Dele Alli has a good starting card on FIFA, his Scream card is no exception. I used him in a 4-1-2-1-2 (2) at CM Great Stamina to start with, he can easily last a whole game, even in Champs when it goes to extra-time. The rest of his physical is good with the Cham style I used (Backbone). His stats are very all rounded and this shows in game. He can feel clunky on the ball fuel to his strange balance of pace. Other than this, he is a great all-out CM to use in game, his workrates and aggression definitely help with this. He will win the ball from a tackle and make great passes to your attackers. Because of his all rounded stats, you could use him at CAM or CDM with the right chem style. I would recommend an Engine at CAM and a Backbone at CDM or CM. I would avoid using him as a CAM as you're better off getting his MOTM card
Key Stats
Immediately, a stand-out stat is the 98 Stamina. He doesn't have the greatest pace anyway, so he will still be able to run at almost full speed at the end of games. He has good passing stats, 86 short passing and 82 long passing, with a backbone these are increased by 10 and 5 respectively, leading to a player with immense passing stats. He will get assists without breaking a sweat, at the very least create the play of a goal. His 92 aggression fuels his desire to win the ball which again shows in game. His defending stats are just right; You don't have to use a chem style to increase them because they're pretty average, but if you do he becomes a wall to get past. 89 Composure is a very nice stat, and his other dribbling stats are very nice. 88 reactions and ball control makes him a better midfielder. His 63 balance doesn't seem to drag him down much but you can feel his 76 agility in game

I didn't expect much from Alli. He was the last man into my squad, purely for chemistry at the time. He more than surpassed expectations.
Alli was supposed to be the box to box CM in a diamond midfield, with Koeman as the CDM, and De Bruyne as my attack minded CM. Alli ended up playing side by side with De Bruyne in a super energetic midfield, sharing attacking and defensive responsibilities. De Bruyne is the assist king as expected and contributed way more than expected tracking back, so this opened up some space for Alli to start banging in the goals! He makes incredibly unexpected runs into the box, can turn quickly enough for this FIFA, and his one time shot, even without a boost, is way better than his stats suggest. He outscores De Bruyne, and more importantly, he is clutch. Has scored several braces, and also shows up in the last 10 minute when you need a winner or equalizer (98 stamina).
The only reason this card is not an overall 5 is because of weak foot and lack of flexibility. While I could play De Bruynce from CM to CF, I would not use Alli in any position but box to box. He would not be a good lone CDM or CAM.
USE ENGINE CHEM STYLE
This guy is everywhere. STAMINA.
Does not feel clunky at all despite his frame and "low" agility/balance. His dribbling actually fees 90+
Solid tackle, pace to spare to track back.
With engine his passing is more than enough
Shooting is powerful
Positioning in defense, has to constantly be dragged into the center despite instructions, but that might be more the game than the card.
Weak foot (shot)
